Our client is one of the world’s leading communications and PR firms. They offer a comprehensive range of communications based services to a broad and impressive list of companies across the globe. The company is ultimately owned by a leading global advisory firm. The role of Group Finance Manager reports directly to the Group Financial Controller and is responsible for all aspects of financial and management reporting including but not limited to; coordinating the monthly consolidation, statutory reporting, liaising with Controllers around the World and managing RFI’s from the company’s US parent. In addition the GFM will be required to analysis and review business data from local entities, improve the quality of monthly management reporting (KPIs, report structure, variance analysis and timeliness of submission). Coordinate and consolidate the quarterly forecasting process and the annual budgeting process and supporting a number of overseas group companies. Applicants are requested to have spent at least a year in commerce having trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ACA) with a Big 4 firm. Applicants must be confident communicators, team players, technically strong and experienced excel users. Previous experience of a professional services organisation is advantageous.
