Senior Manager – IT Security & Privacy
Our Client: A market leading Security Privacy and Resilience practice with a proven track record of working with some of the UK's leadings organisations on complex and high profile issues.
Responsibilities:
• Delivering comprehensive security programmes across traditional and more specialist areas, such as identity management, biometrics, physical security, corporate security, security architecture and large scale security delivery
• Demonstrating specific service area/competency and/or industry expertise that results in tangible value for our clients.
• Successfully guiding your team in fulfilling client expectations and delivering engagement objectives.
• Anticipating client needs based on a strong understanding of the client and its industry and marketplace.
• Verifying that integrated deliverables meet engagement strategy, scope, contract, and client expectations.
• Contributing to innovative thought leadership expertise.
• Leading the development of complex, market-valued intellectual capital (e.g., writing industry/function articles)
• Actively participating in business development initiatives and assisting others in developing their sales technique
• Achieving specific sales goals for service area/competency
• Successfully managing and directing a client engagement on time and within budget
• Providing overall engagement management - applying appropriate program/project management methods.
Requirements:
• Strong academics, including a minimum of 2.1 degree or equivalent
• Project management experience
• Prior experience of new business development
• A proven track record of managing relations with senior stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong technical abilities, combined with business acumen
• Ability to think creatively to solve client needs

Salary: £80,000 - 120,000
