Director - Corporate Valuations
Due to unprecedented growth in demand for dispute resolution and expert witness services this top tier consulting business seeks a senior level valuations expert to lead the continued growth of its dispute resolution practice.
Responsibilities:
• Undertaking and managing valuation assignments
• Formulating views on value.
• Producing written file note, letter, presentation or report and presenting conclusions to a Partner.
• Coach junior team members to ensure business valuations skills are developed and that work performed is to the required standard.
• Developing and taking to market new products and solutions.
• Building and developing relationships in the Dispute Resolution and Legal markets externally and within the firm.
• Taking a leading role in finding opportunities and winning work in the Dispute Resolution sector.
Requirements:
• Valuation experience either at a professional services firm or at a legal services firm.
• Good first degree, possibly MBA/ACA/ CFA or MRICS
• Demonstrable expertise in and knowledge of valuations, and of the role of the expert witness in the context of Dispute Resolution.
• Ability to prepare documents for submission to Court
• Experience of giving expert testimony in Court
• Experience of business development activity and success.
• Project management skills, leading teams and juggling more than one project at a time.
• Work as part of multi-disciplinary teams.
