Forensic Technology Leaders

For several strategically key EMEA locations we are seeking a range of technology specialists who have the proven commercial and technical ability to generate significant income streams through the development, sale and leadership of forensic technology led investigations.
Ideal candidates will be positions ranging from Senior Manager to Partner. More important than your title is that you possess the technological experience, functional diligence and commercial flair to crystallize the strategy and structure of a forensic technology practice and then contribute significantly to its growth - in terms of both revenue and headcount.
Required:

Technical Knowledge: a relevant level and application of hands on forensic technology, data-analytics, electronic discovery experience in a client facing professional services environment including awareness of jurisdictional frameworks and evidential integrity and continuity issues that arise in cross border investigations and data management. You will either already be a recognised Expert Witness in your field or be on the cusp of stepping into the box.
Functional Management Experience: Experience of managing multi-engagement technology teams of 5 to 45 headcount is vital - including experience of planning and staff allocation, appraisal/training and complete budget responsibility: candidates will be assessed in terms of the utilisation, income levels and revenue recovery levels.
Commercial Sales & Marketing Flair: you must demonstrate entrepreneurial sales experience in a professional services consulting context including the design and marketing of technology products/strategies to both internal and external markets. This includes generating new relationships and retaining them through superior communication skills and exceptional service delivery.
Preferred:
Local Market Expertise: Candidates must be fluent in written and spoken English and at least one other relevant language. Whilst preference will be awarded to practitioners who already possess an active local network, any candidates who are currently based elsewhere (such as USA, Australia or Asia) will be considered on the basis of their success in building market share in previously untapped territories.
