Excellent opportunity for a high calibre HR Manager to join this global engineering consultancy and play a pivotal role in the transformation of their HR service delivery model.
Working with the Director of Shared Services you will lead the implementation of a shared service facility and will manage the HR administration function for the UK business.
This role is crucial to the success of the new model and interested candidates should be able to demonstrate a strong track record in delivering an efficient and effective HR administration services that exceeds the expectations of your client base.
You should be prepared to implement compliant processes and procedures to facilitate the smooth running of the service, and to build and motivate team who are equally focussed on high quality and exceptional customer service.
Successful applicants will have a collaborative and motivational management style with experience of leading a large team.
You will be proactive and innovative and keen to be part of a flexible business.
Your track record of delivering exceptional customer service will be coupled with attention to detail and the tenacity to drive through improvement on existing processes.
