HR Manager (Ref : CPHR0624 )
High calibre HR Manager required to lead and develop a team, and provide a pro-active HR administration service within this blue chip professional services firm.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the ongoing improvement of HR administration services and will design and implement operating procedures and policies to facilitate this.
On a day to day basis you will ensure the smooth running of the team including dealing with more complex queries.
You will work closely with your team to ensure that they have the training and tools to deliver of exceptional service and support across all aspects of the employee cycle.
This includes managing outsourced and internal payroll and cyclical support of broader HR activity as required.
Ideal candidates will have exceptional leadership skills and a real desire to develop a team of the highest calibre.
You may have a generalist background and will have a demonstrable track record of delivering in a client facing team and managing change.
You will have strong technical skills including solid policy and process design and a good understanding of UK employee legislation.
You will have excellent communication skills and be keen to embrace and champion evolving technology and work procedures.
